Droga Wodna z Kostrzyna nad Odrą do Gdańska jest częścią Międzynarodowej Drogi Wodnej E70. Szlak wiedzie przez jeden z najważniejszych rezerwatów ornitologicznych Polski, przez liczne śluzy Noteci. Po przebyciu niewielkiego odcinka monotonnego Kanału Bydgoskiego wpływamy na Królową Polskich Rzek – Wisłę. Na końcu szlaku wpływamy na wspaniałą i skąpaną w zieleni Pętlę Żuławską oraz na mistyczny Kanał Elbląski (Oberlandzki). Docieramy nimi nie tylko do Gdańska, ale także do Elbląga, Braniewa, Kwidzyna, Malborka, Iławy i Ostródy. Jest to jeden z najważniejszych szlaków na polskich drogach wodnych. Jednocześnie jest to jeden z niewielu szlaków, który w całości można pokonać jednostkami o zanurzeniu większym, niż 30 cm.
